Terms and conditions.

Article 1. The purpose
These terms and conditions are aimed at stipulating basic matters concerning the use of services provided by Haegang Ace Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Service") through the website www.hgace.co.kr (hereinafter referred to as "Service").

Article 2. Definition of terms.
The definitions of terms used in these terms and conditions are as follows.
Operator : A person who opens and operates the website of the service.
Member : A person who uses all services provided by the company
Service : All services provided by the company through the web.

Article 3. outside the terms and conditions.
Operators can notify and guide the operation policy separately if necessary, and if these terms and conditions overlap with the operation policy, the operation policy will be applied first.

Article 4. Personal Information Processing Policy.
1)The company collects information on members through information provided by members when applying for use, and the member's personal information is used only for the purpose of implementing this use contract and providing services under this use contract.
2)The company strives to protect the personal information of its members as prescribed by relevant laws such as the Information and Communication Network Act. The relevant laws and the company's personal information processing policy apply to the protection and use of personal information.
3)The company cannot divulge or distribute the information of members acquired in connection with the provision of services to third parties without their consent and cannot use it for commercial purposes. However, the following cases are excluded.

① In the case where there is a request from the relevant agency for investigative purposes pursuant to relevant laws and regulations,

Article 5. The company's obligations.
1)The company is obligated to continue and stably provide services without any acts prohibited by laws and conditions or contrary to customs and customs.
2)The company does not leak or distribute the member's personal information to third parties without their consent. However, cases in accordance with the provisions of the Act, such as the request of a state agency or the request of the Telecommunications-related Act and the Information and Communication Ethics Committee, are excluded.
3)In order to provide continuous and stable services, the company shall repair or restore facilities without delay unless there is an unavoidable reason.However, if there is a natural disaster or unavoidable reason for the site or operator, the site operation may be temporarily suspended.
4)In the event of damage to a member due to the service provided by the company, the liability shall be borne only if such damage is caused by the company's intention or gross negligence, and the scope of the liability is limited to ordinary damage.
5)If the company deems that the opinions or complaints raised by the member are justifiable, it will handle them quickly. However, if it is difficult to process quickly, the reason and processing schedule will be notified to the member.
6)The company strives to protect the personal information of members, including membership registration information, as prescribed by relevant laws and regulations.

ArtArticle 6. Obligations of Members
1)Members shall comply with the matters stipulated in these terms and conditions, all regulations, announcements, and operational policies prescribed by the operator, and related laws and regulations, and shall not interfere with the work of other sites or damage the reputation of the site.
2)Members shall not transfer or donate the right to use the service or other status under the contract of use to others unless the site has explicit consent, and shall not provide it as collateral.
3)Members shall not infringe on the intellectual property rights of operators, sites, and third parties.
4)Members agree not to do the following while using the service.

① An act of harming others (including a small number)
- The act of stealing another person's ID, password, name, and pretending to be another person.
- The act of falsely specifying a relationship with another person.
- The act of defaming others by stating facts or false facts for the purpose of slandering others.
- The act of distributing false information for the purpose of giving or damaging property to the person or another person.
- An act that interferes with the other person's daily life by continuing to reach the other person with words, sounds, writings, images, or videos that cause shame, disgust, or fear.
- For-profit activities using services without prior consent from the company.
②Infringement of intellectual property rights of operators, sites, and third parties.
- The act of posting unnecessary or unauthorized advertisements or promotional materials.
- Recommending junk mail, spam, wallpaper, pyramid organization, or posting, posting, posting, or e-mailing.
- The act of posting, publishing, or e-mailing low-speed or obscene data, text, software, music, photos, graphics, video messages, etc. (hereinafter referred to as 'content')
- Posting, publishing, or e-mailing content that does not have all rights, including intellectual property rights.
- The act of mediating prostitution or distributing information on content that mediates pornography.
- Acts that are deemed to interfere with or may interfere with the stable operation of the service.
- Other illegal or unfair acts.

The member is responsible for any damages caused by the use of the service or fraudulent use by a third party due to failure to comply with the provisions of these terms and conditions and related laws, and the company is not responsible for it.

Article 7 Service hours.
1)In principle, the service hours are 24 hours a day, 24 hours a year, unless there is a special problem with business or technology. However, the site can temporarily suspend the service on the day or time set by the site for regular system inspection, expansion, and replacement, and suspension of the service due to scheduled work is notified in advance or after the site's website.
2)However, the site may temporarily or permanently suspend the service without prior notice or notice in the following cases.
- In case of emergency system inspection, expansion, replacement, failure or malfunction,
- In a case where there are force majeure reasons such as national emergency, power outage, natural disaster, etc.,
- In a case where a key telecommunication business operator stipulated in the Telecommunications Business Act suspends telecommunication services,
- In a case where there is an obstacle to normal service use due to a flood of service use,
3)In the case of service interruption under the preceding paragraph, the site notifies the members in advance through notices. However, if it is impossible to notify in advance of the suspension of services caused by reasons beyond the control of the site, it will be replaced by post-announcement.
4)The company can divide the service into a certain range and set the available time for each range separately. In this case, the company announces it in advance.
5)The company will start the service from the time the member approves the application for use. However, for some services, the service starts on the designated date.

Article 8 Management of Posts.
1)The operator is responsible for the management and operation of posts and materials on the site. Operators should always monitor defective posts and materials, and when they are found or reported, they should delete the posts and materials and pay attention to the members who registered them. On the other hand, the publisher himself is responsible for the posts posted by the members, so the members themselves should not post posts that violate the terms and conditions of use.
2)If there is a request for correction from public institutions such as the Information and Communication Ethics Committee, the operator may delete or move the post without prior consent from the members. The criteria for judging defective posts are as follows.
